Latin tresviri or triumviri

In ancient Rome, a board of three officials. There were several types: Tresviri capitales, or tresviri nocturni, first instituted about 289 bc, assisted higher magistrates in their judicial functions, especially those relating to crime and the civil status of citizens. Tresviri epulones, originally a board of three priests, was created in 196 bc to take charge of the banquet of Jupiter, the key event in the festivals of the Ludi Romani and Ludi Plebeii. Tresviri monetales were in charge of the mint for Rome and Italy during both the republic and the empire. Tresviri rei publicae constituendae (triumvirate for organizing the state) was the title granted in 43 bc for five years (renewed in 37 for another five) to the group generally known as the Second Triumvirate (Mark Antony, Marcus Aemilius Lepidus, and Octavian [the future Emperor Augustus]). Under it they received absolute authority, dictatorial in scope. The so-called First Triumvirate of Pompey, Julius Caesar, and Marcus Licinius Crassus, which began in 60 bc, was not a formally created commission but an extralegal compact among three strong political leaders. Boards of three persons, usually elected, called triumviri agris dandis assignandis (sometimes also judicandis) and triumviri coloniae deducendae were frequently placed, respectively, in charge of assignments of land and in charge of the founding of colonies during the last three centuries of the republic (3rd1st century bc). G.W. Bush coined the phrase Axis of Evil in on of his state of the union messages. In his speech he referred to the Axis of Evil as three countries with rogue governments. In WWII there was another axis of evil Germany, Italy and Japan. Now there is another axis of evil, however they are not countries so much as failed leaders. To avoid referring to the insult and slur of G.W Bush to the countries he called the Axis of Evil, I will not mention those countries names. I will however name the following three men G.W Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, to lift the blame they have given these countries and branding each man by hot iron, as a member of the Triumvirate of Evil. Brand them upon their foreheads and hands to identify them forever as the cruelest, most ambitious and most evil men ever to have walked the face of the earth.

George W. the almighty Bush raised his reptilian head this week as he sneered at the American people and the world and snarled ” Don’t send any blankets or food to the people of Haty just send Yourrrr CAAASH!” Clinton and Obama stood behind him forming the three headed Hydra ,seething in defense of the hatred and horror of the American people as they see the darkness of their souls. How far down has this triumvirate been into the cesspools of Haiti’s cities. For twenty years they have crushed Haitian independence by creating the poorest nation in the world and overthrowing the Democratically elected leader Aristide.  Now this Hydra calls for aid to Haiti, not to come from our hearts or our compassion, but only through sending the Triumvirate our Cash. These same three men who have betrayed their country men and people around the world. To these three men I give my hatred, spite and pity for the fate of their souls. What shame, anger, and hatred Americans should feel at the site of their Triumvirate of Evil.
