DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY CONTRIBUTING TO ANY POLITICIAN.

Why are American’s kidding themselves? Most of us know that our government is completely corrupt. Most of us know that we do not have representation. Most of us know that our vote no longer counts. Most of us know that every candidate for elected office is really in a campaign to raise money. What most Americans don’t know is, that all candidates can keep the money they don’t spend on their campaign, regardless if they win or lose. That is one of the little known facts behind political campaigns for any office. Campaign promises to end the war or end anything is just a gimmick to raise money.
John Edwards has raised 29 million, Obama has raised 25 million, Hillary has raised 30 million, Guiliani has raised 30 million, Romney has raised more than all other candidates so far. Regardless if these wonder boys and girl drop out of the presidential primaries, they can keep the money they have raised. Is there really any wonder why they are all running around the country making ridiculous promises, and gunning for each other? It’s the money they cherish not the ideal of trustworthy public service. They have no principles, and prove it every time they open their mouths to speak publicly. No one is more greedy for money and power, than an American politician.
After what Americans have witnessed in the last seven years of the Bush presidency it is beyond my comprehension why anyone would contribute a dime to any of these political money machines. How can anyone in their right minds, after seeing what the Democrats and Republicans have done to this country, possibly be convinced to send a 10 or 20 dollar check to these mo mo politicos. How can they think it will make any difference, other than personally enriching the politician? Howard Dean made over 90 million dollars in 2004. His campaign reported spending only 30 million. Howard Dean is a very wealthy man today thanks to all of the nickel and dime contributors, who supported his losing campaign. John Kerry raised 90 million and spent less than 50 million, he pocketed the rest. Any wonder why he conceded so quickly ?
Presidential campaigns are the most lucretive, but we can’t forget the profitable local , state and federal candidates. One candidate for elected office stated bluntly to me, “Just give me your money and your vote.” He was half joking , but the only thing he got from me was a sick grin. I haven’t met a politician in my life, who wasn’t a “give me your money and vote” crook. I always laugh at the boyish and girlish grins of politicians. They try so hard to appear innocent and friendly. They try so hard to appear honest. Everyone of them insists they are a”Good Christian”with “Family Values.”
It’s time for Americans to get real. It’s time for a revolution. It’s time to stop funding these liars, crooks and thieves. Stop funding them and see what happens. Stop showing up for their fundraisers. Stop being sheep eagarly waiting to be sheered. Give your donations to a homeless shelter. Give your donations to an organization that you know and trust will use the money to feed the hungry and clothe the poor and do good works. Don’t give your money to these political thieves.Don’t give your trust to these merchants of hope . Don’t sacrifice a dime for these pathetic politicians. They know the system is corrupt, and they know they are as well. The American voter knows it too, but is dumbed down and blinded by their patriotism and individual sense of self importance in the American political process. Those who still believe they have a voice in the American government and send money to any politician are simply fooling themselves,or they have more money than they know what to do with and are trying to buy a political favor. These great Americans are simply playing the game and are as corrupt as the politicians they are paying off.
