The Re-Declaratiion of American Independence

PREAMBLE: It has always taken just one person to get angry enough to either change himself or change the situation that angers him. First he must rationally identify what needs changing. He must reconcile through reason and research, that the anger he feels is either personal or universal in nature. Is his anger brought on by a personal vendetta or jealousy or conceit, a personal affront or criticism? Is the anger petty or is it a grievance against a universal injustice or a tyrannical government. The inspiration of this article and the editing of this famous document was brought about by my compelling need to expose the tyrannical rulers who now rule over the people of United States. Once a great, liberal, generous and, courageous people , have seemingly been replaced by a cruel, selfish, wrong minded and sheepish citizenry. I was compelled to publish this article and edit this historical American document with the belief that Mr. Jefferson, its author, would not mind my taking editorial license to update his attack against tyranny, that now threatens his country from within, 230 years after he first published the Declaration of Independence. I felt that he would be most concerned and repulsed by the prevailing tyranny, oppression, wickedness, and ignorance, of the people he once had great faith in. He would be appalled at their acceptance of a President who desired world domination by suspension of human rights at home, mass murder ,torture, imprisonment, genocide, the promotion of the financial enslavement and conspiratorial ruin of the American people, through his encouragement of the piracy of national and international banks and corporations and the outright sale of American debt to foreign countries to further enslave future generations of Americans to pay for his militaristic madness. I believe Mr. Jefferson would have supported the individual’s moral and divine right, to reclaim his own dignity and integrity and that of his country, by condemning those who commit these atrocities against all free people and patriots. I believe that he would do all within his power to change the defiled government that currently threatens all he and his fellow patriots suffered and died for. After much research into his works and letters, I am certain that he would also condemn this current Congress for its corruption and cowardice and demand the removal of George W. Bush and his GOP and Democratic congressional co-conspirators from office. Mr. Jefferson might have even insisted that George W. Bush and his be tried for high treason and imprisoned for life or executed for their high crimes against the people of United States. If we as a people do not recognize that our responsibility of citizenship is to value our historical and present sacrifices for freedom against tyranny, as Mr. Jefferson and his fellow American patriots did, then we are doomed to be enslaved by the tyranny of cynical and wicked rulers. We have no other choice but to change our government and charge and convict King George W. Bush and his co-conspirators of treason,. and in so doing we protect and defend the divine legacy of freedom and liberty fought for and defended by those free and determined patriots, who have preserved the purest vision of the greatest country on earth.______L.A. The Re-Declaration of American Independence

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to disolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain inherent and unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form as to them seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light transient causes, and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations begun at a distinguished period and pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these (people); and such is now the necessity which constrains them to expunge their former systems of government. The history of the present King of The United States G.W. Bush is a history of unremitting injuries and usurpations among which appears not solitary fact to contradict the uniform tenor of the rest, but all have in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world for a truth of which we pledge a faith yet unsullied by falsehood.

He has refused his assent to laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the Legislature (or be a GOP contributor) a right inestimable to them, and formidable to tyrants only.

He has (ignored) representative houses repeatedly and continually for apposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He ( and the GOP) has refused for a long time after such (incidences) to cause others to be elected, whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise, the State remaining, in the meantime, exposed to all dangers of invasion from without and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners, refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, (While promoting the opening of southern borders for the massive influx of illegal aliens and offering amnesty to all who are now in this country illegally.)raising the conditions of new propriations of the lands. (Propriations for welfare and Social Security entitlements, and the untolled damage, to life and property of the southwestern legal citizenry of the United States.)

He has suffered the administration of justice totally to cease in some these States refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

He has made our judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices.

He has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of new officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us in times of peace standing armies and ships of war without the consent of (the people). ( He has deceived the people by threats of mass annihilation from weapons of mass destruction, and manufactured false intelligence and lies accusing weak , foreign nations of threatening this country.)

He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.(Plundering our Treasury to enrich war profiteers, who are his friends and family members and heads of foreign countries as well as close friends to his top advisors and their business partners.)

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitutions and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation for quartering large bodies of armed troops among us; for protecting them by a mock trial from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states; (or other countries)for cutting off our trade with parts of the world; for imposing taxes on us without our consent; for depriving us of the benefits of trial by jury; for transporting us beyond seas to be(tortured) and tried for pretended offences; for abolishing the system of (Federal laws by ignoring the laws of The Equal Voting Protection Act of 1965 and not demanding fair and standardized elections and allowing for the violation and disenfranchisement of millions of minority voters and other voters of opposing political parties.)

He has plundered (other) nations and their seas, ravaged (their) coasts, burnt (their) towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.( and theirs)

He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy unworthy the head of a civilized nation.

He has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating the most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him. Captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation ( and torture) hither. This piratical warfare, the opprobrium of INFIDEL powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN KING of the (United States). Determined to keep open a market where men should be bought and sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain his execrable commerce. And that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase the liberty of which he has deprived them, by murdering the people of whom he also obtruded them: thus paying off former crimes committed against the liberties of one people with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of another.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injuries.

A Prince (President) whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant is unfit to be the ruler of a free people who mean to be free. Future ages will scarcely believe that the hardiness of one man adventured, within the short compass of (four years) only, to lay a foundation so broad and so undisguised for tyranny over a people fostered and fixed in principles of freedom……

(I )therefore (as a naturalized citizen of the United States, ) do appeal to the supreme judge of the world for the rectitude of ( my) intentions, do in the name and by the authority of ( the ideals, honor and courage of the founding fathers of the United States of America,) solemnly publish and declare, that ( I and the people of these United States) are, and of right ought be free and independent( of the authority and administration of G.W.Bush . I believe that the honor and dignity of this country must be preserved and the government must be cleansed of all traces of corruption and tyranny. I) am absolved from all allegiance to (G.W.Bush his authority and all members of his administration. ) All political connection between (myself and George. W. BUSH) is and ought to be, totally dissolved; and that as (a) free and independent (citizen, I) have full power to (stop) war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which free and independent (people) may of right do.

And for the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
