TRUMP’S TREASON

18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason

prev | next

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

I can understand why Trump scoffs at the penalty for TREASON, based upon the above definition he could receive a death penalty, or make a plea deal for 5 years in jail and a $10,000 fine. Death should be the proper sentence or life in prison.

In my lifetime I can not remember a more treasonous or corrupt president than Donald Trump. I would never have expected a sitting president to publicly deny the findings of the CIA and FBI and ignore 12 indictments of Russian spies three days prior to the summit with Russia, and absolute conclusive proof that Russia meddled into the 2016 election in favor of Trump. This insult to Americans and to the intelligence community is unforgivable. Treasonous Trump has betrayed all Americans. Anyone who can blindly accept what Trump did yesterday in Russia is delusional and should be under psychiatric care. Even Trump’s close associate Newt Gingrich said: “It was the greatest mistake of Trump’s presidency.”

I believe that Trump’s advisers and cabinet members should be considered incompetent and treasonous as well.  Sec.of State and former CIA Director Pompeo, General and now Sec.of Defense Mattis, and Trump Chief of Staff Gen Kelly are all traitors and should be denounced and forced to resign in disgrace as well as be indicted for Treason and High Crimes against the U.S. At worse according to the U.S Code they could only receive 5 year sentences and $10,000 fines. I am surprised that Mike Pence made no public statement regarding Trump’s Treason. His silence states volumes of his own complicity and treason.

The True American Patriots will never be silent over this public disgrace to the American People. This outrageous betrayal by the President of the United States. Any Oath Keeper must realize his Oath To The Country And Constitution is far greater than it is to Donald Trump, who publicly betrayed the U.S intelligence agencies, military intelligence and everyone in Law Enforcement, and everyone and everything that America stands for.
