THE BAGHDAD AND KABUL OF CONNECTICUT

This is L.A. STEEL reporting from approximately 50 miles away from the war zones in Connecticut. This morning two more murders were reported, one in Hartford and one in New Haven. There was another double murder reported in Hartford yesterday. Every day the Connecticut televised news programs report another murder in either Hartford or New Haven. Hundreds of murders are reported in these cities each year since 2003. At the current rate of violence the violent death tolls in Hartford and New Haven will soon surpass that of any U.S controlled cities in the world,with the exception a few cities in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The majority of these murders in Hartford and New Haven have gone unsolved by the city and state police departments. They are considered gang and drug related, with a few domestic disputes. The total murder rate in these cities are considered excessive, though within the acceptable guidelines of the globalist approved U.S Government quotas for inner city genocide. ( Google the Global 2000 Report). I have lived in Connecticut for 30 years and never in all of that time, until the last four or five years, have I ever witnessed so many murders in this state. The capital city of Hartford has had a murder almost every day in the last several years. The city of New Haven is almost as bad. Recently in a predominantly Jewish neighborhood in New Haven the residents have begun an armed vigilante patrol; after several recent muggings and an attack on a rabbi occured. The streets in this neighborhood are also being patrolled by the Guardian Angel’s group from New York. The Jewish vigilantes wear black pants and shirts and patrol the streets armed, and on bicycles. The unarmed Guardian Angels wear their famous red barets as they patrol the area. This is all deemed necessary by the residents and city counsel; because the police in these cities are preoccupied, picketing their local Dunkin Donut shops for not giving policemen a free second cup of coffee.
The most recent published studies by the U.S government and also Rand McNally have rated Hartford ,Ct. as the poorest city in the United States next to Brownsville, Texas. New Haven ranks in the bottom ten as well. No where in the United States is there such a disparity of income than in the state of Connecticut. Connecticut is reported as having the highest per capita income in the country. Less than ten percent of Connecticut residents make 90 percent of the reported income. Three or four billionares’ incomes added to 3 million Connecticut residents, making slightly above minimum wage, equals the highest state per capita income in the United States. State per capita incomes are derived by an average. The Connecticut per capita income statistics are a complete fraud. The Connecticut governors and legislature have vetoed or turned down a millionares tax practically every year for the last 15 years, under Republican administrations with Democratic majorities. Another statewide political farce.
Connecticut proudly holds the record for the most corrupt mayors, legislators and governors in the United States. Within the last five years the Mayors of three major Connecticut cities are now serving sentences in federal prisons. Former Republican Gov. John Rowland finished his reduced sentence of one year and one day in federal prison last February 2006. While he was in prison one of the major construction firms he gave hundreds of millions of dollars to over his twelve years in office, paid him $15,000 dollars a month as a consultant fee. This was questioned by our nationally prominant Atty General, however it quickly went out of the news as has John Rowland since his release.
Connecticut state legislators besides being totally useless, have recently had three of their peers indicted for bribery and racketeering. The most recent was a state senator of Italian decent, who hired a mafia hit man to break the legs of his granddaughter’s husband. He was well loved and highly respected by all of his collegues in the state legislature.He voluntarily resigned last week and received an outpouring of sympathy and kind words form his fellow felons. I found it odd, that he decided to resign on the day of the Soprano’s HBO series grand finale.
New Haven’s mayor John DeStefano just announced that his city was a sanctuary city for illegal aliens and began to issue City ID Cards for everyone. John De Stefano was the Democratic candidate for governor in 2006. I voted for this putz ,against Jodi Rell who was Lt. Governor for 12 years under John Rowland; as I mentioned before Rowland recently finished his prison term. Every member of John Rowland’s administration was investigated and all of his inner circle of advisors and appointees were indicted for corruption, except Jodie Rell. No one could figure out how she got away without spending jail time. Her 2006 campaign manager and closest adviser, was indicted for campaign fraud for strong arming Rowland political appointees for large campaign gifts and donations if they wanted to keep their jobs. It took a citizens revolt to get the legislature to file impeachment proceedings against Rowland. Rowland threatened to publish all the dirt he had on the legislators if they tried to impeach him. The justice department finally arrested him and he was forced to resign. Rowland seemed certain that he could stay in office while fighting his court battle. A person has to wonder if this was just arrogance on his part , or if he did have the state legislators in his pocket; especially when he publicly threatened them with blackmail. Funny how the national news didn’t pick that story up, and it was only reported on for one night, in local Connecticut televised news programs.
Getting back to Mayor Wonderful John DeStefano, who recently issued ID cards to illegal aliens in his city. If Mayor Wonderful had mentioned his plans to issue ID cards to illegals, he wouldn’t have been reelected as Mayor of New Haven, nor would he have had a spit of a chance winning the Democratic primary. He would have been run out of the state on a rail. This guy turned out to be another Connecticut, political, lying dirt bag.
Last and least Connecticut has the pompous and illustrious senator Joe Lieberman. Yes the great senator from Israel has become an independent Democrat and started his own party. He won the senate election against the Democratic nominee Ned Lamont, by running as an independent and receiving 70 percent of the Republican vote and 35 percent of the Democratic vote in Connecticut. State Republicans voted against their own party candidate, who was a much better candidate than Lieberman. Shortly after Lieberman won, a Joe Lieberman hater realized that the senator had not filed the proper paperwork for his own ,new party. The Joe Lieberman hater took advantage of Good ol’ Joe’s incompetence ,and became chairman of new independent party . As his first and only act as chairman, he immediately kicked Lieberman out of his own party. Odd how none of this stuff reaches the national news.
Last and least of the leasts is our other illustrious senator Chris Dodd. A few people might know that he is a presidential candidate. Yes he took Joe Lieberman’s torch of presidential ambition and is running around the country raising money to feed his new young wife and toddlers. A senator’s salary doesn’t go quite as far these days as it use to. Time to call in 25 years of political favors. Old Joe made 10 million in his 2004 campaign for president. His campaign manager left him during his campaign; because he was paying his kids all six figure salaries and himself and mishandling campaign funds. She went public and announced her resignation , she wanted nothing to do with Lieberman anymore. That item hit the local press and quickly faded away. Lieberman ended his presidential campaign after his dismal showing in New Hampshire, not wanting to suffer the humiliation of defeat in his home state primary. It was time to cash out.
If anyone is thinking of relocating to Connecticut they should think again. We have a state income tax and a do nothing legislature, the highest property values in the country and three of the poorest cities in the country. The third city besides Hartford and New Haven is Waterbury, the home town of former Gov. John Rowland. Waterbury is also the home town of Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff. Waterbury’s former mayor ran against Joe Lieberman in 2000 for his senate seat. Then in 2003 he was arrested for two counts of sexual assault on 6 and 9 year old sisters; whose mother sold them as prostitutes to the honorable Mayor Giordano. He had sex with the children in the Waterbury Mayorial office . He is now serving 40 years in federal prison for corruption, racketeering, and child molestion. However I was very surprized and encouraged to hear a few weeks ago; that the Connecticut legislature passed a medical marijuana law; that was signed reluctantly by our honorable Republican Governor Rell. I am hopeful now, that the Connecticut state government will legally get stoned, and make Connecticut a better governed state.
