THE MENACE IN THE MIND, A PROSE POEM

MENACE IN THE MIND

It is apparent to me, that over the last two decades of producing radio and television as well as writing and creating my art and photography, I have moved my expectations of my goals, and my art, to levels I only imagined I could achieve, to an audience so receptive to my expressions and means of communicating.

I enjoy the analysis of my work and the explosiveness of my creations, as if I were exploding with words and symbols that sweep my mind into 4th Dimensional transition of time and space. There I see the parallel  universe unfold as a mirrored galaxy against the infinity of thought.  It is here that I see the world from an eagle’s eyes, while understanding the sweeping power of its wings as it glides over the hills and valleys of the earth.

Antidote in the closet can kill all pests, except the menace in the mind that insists it is correct. As the rabbit runs away from the fox, I run from myself and hide in a garden while eating lotus flowers. Good bye great spirit of the anxious winds, I will stay forever with the flowers and fragrance of spring.
